Total Rehab's Sport Enhancement Program has been designed to help athletes of all ages improve their core strength, agility, quickness, vertical jump, power, and endurance. Pre and post testing will be performed in a variety of categories so that athletes can see their progress at the end of their training.
Training sessions will be one hour in duration.Sessions can be held two or three times per week during regular business hours or by appointment. Beginners are recommended to start at 2 times per week. Training sessions will be one athlete at a time, unless the athlete chooses to train with one other of near equal athletic ability.
